May 2002 GPS is fitted to all vehicles belonging to M Leyshon. This will ensure speedy and accurate service of warrants and debt recovery. June 2002 M Leyshon and Co start a review of hand held PC's to allow automatic two way communications between the bailiffs and M leyshon's computer network. It is envisaged that warrants will be automatically downloaded to the bailiff's hand held computer, whilst payments will be entered and uploaded via a mobile phone to the accounts office. This will allow up to the minute information to be available. August 2002 Trials start to allow clients to access the bailiff database via the Internet to view all records pertinent to their case. 2003 In 2003, under the guidance of Martin Leyshon, the wales and Midgalnd Group was formed to ensure the effective execution of High Court Warrants throughout the country. WMG was formed to cover Wales, Stafford, Warwick, Nottingham and Worcester and Hereford.
